SaaS Transportation was founded by two industry veterans with over fifty years of combined experience in designing transportation management software solutions. Other staff members have backgrounds in rating, application development, freight audit and payment, which give SaaS over 100 years of industry experience.
One of the primary differentiating factors between SaaS and others in our industry is our willingness to deliver customized solutions. We can tailor our TMS software solutions to meet the needs of each customer’s specific requirements without compromising the architecture of the software.
SaaS also has extensive experience in designing enterprise freight payment software applications and various other supply chain management applications. Our TMS software can easily be integrated with existing freight payment applications in a number of different areas including rating, shipment visibility, match-pay processes and more. Our team of freight bill payment subject matter experts can provide consulting and project oversight to our customers by assisting with product enhancements, re engineering inefficient processes or implement new freight payment applications.
What We Do
SaaS Transportation, Inc. is a provider of cloud based TMS solutions to third party logistics companies (3PL’s), freight payment companies, shippers and carriers. Our TMS solution is unique in that we have developed API’s, which allows us to easily integrate with numerous trading partners with minimal setup time. Our integrated solution automates the freight management process from carrier selection all the way to final delivery of shipments. Our system enables transparency by providing visibility into shipments during transit and alerts you when exceptions occur so that you can be proactive instead of reactive.

Kenneth Pehanick, President & CEO
Ken is an executive leader with over twenty-five years of experience in supply chain technology solutions for the transportation industry. Ken has held senior leadership roles responsible for business strategy, product development, technology innovations, organizational development and sales and marketing strategy.
Ken has a successful track record in managing numerous mission critical projects and executing the roll out strategy. Ken has led the successful development of TMS software solutions at three different companies over the past ten years. Ken has consulted with numerous 3PL providers helping them streamline their operations through the use of his technology solutions.
Ken is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Economics. He is an active member of CSCMP, TMCA, TIAA, AST&L and has been a certified member of the National Purchasing Management Association and Hospital Association of Materials Management. Over the years, Ken has been a guest speaker both nationally and regionally on the subject of supply chain technology.
Ilango Namasivayam, Chief Operating Officer
Ilango is an accomplished information technology architect and consultant with a history of leading highly complex software development projects. Ilango’s technical savvy allows him to identify new emerging technologies that are deployed to help organizations implement software solutions for reducing costs, increasing efficiencies, system integration, streamlining operations, reducing costs and increasing revenues.
Ilango has worked for two of the leading software development firms in the world including Cognizant Technologies, Data Inc. and Mascon Global. He has been the lead technology architect on numerous projects working with companies like Merrill Lynch, TheMarkets and the Global Bank Group.
Ilango is a graduate of MS University, India with a Bachelor’s degree in Bank Management.
